My students are a beautiful, culturally and linguistically diverse group with differing abilities. My classroom is hands- and brains-on, and we love to learn from one another.
My students give their all in the classroom despite facing the incredible challenge of learning a new language and assimilating to a new culture.
My goal is to inspire my students to believe in themselves and to become lifelong learners. They have made my life brighter, and I would like to brighten theirs in return! They are so deserving!
My Project
In the age of Covid-19, typical school activities have been turned upside down! Sharing materials between students and grade levels is no longer an option! I am requesting sets of books, phonics tiles, and alphabet materials to provide the students hands-on experiences!
Your donation would allow students to have hands-on experiences again, in my classroom or at home!
I am requesting multiple sets of supplies so students can take the materials home if it is necessary to be remote in the future. We have all been inundated with virtual EVERYTHING, and I want my students to have a chance to work and learn with their hands again...but only theirs! We will be able to adhere to the most cautious guidelines with these multiple sets.
