This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I am privileged to work with wonderful 4 year old Pre-K students in a high need school. They love to use our computer daily during center time. They are learning how to properly use a computer and academics through fun computer programs.
Our computer needs a new monitor. Our monitor is small and ancient and sometimes doesn't work. When this happens the children can not use the computer because they can't see what they are doing. It also has a problem configuring newer programs so the graphics looks warped at times.
Our class needs a new 22 inch HP flat screen monitor so the children can use the computer everyday and they can clearly see the programs they are using. This will also allow me to show them how to use the computer and our programs as a whole group.
You can make it possible for my class to utilize our computer daily and use it so we can have whole group computer lessons. The children can become computer savvy kids learning academics through fun and interesting games. We would really appreciate any help you can give. Thank you!
