My Students
Help! We need books! My students need some exciting books on a variety of levels to read in our classroom library!
I am a third year, 2nd grade teacher at a Title I school.
Over 79% of the students who attend our school are on free or reduced lunch. My classroom is made up of all kinds of students from all over the world. Each one is unique in their own way and is an important member of our classroom family.
My Project
My students will be able to read new and exciting books on their individual reading levels. Many of my books are "hand-me-downs" and I would love to provide my students with some new leveled readers for our classroom library that they can each read and enjoy!
I strive each day to make learning an enjoyable experience for my students.
I still remember to this day the teachers who went the extra mile and made learning fun for me. I want to provide as many opportunities as I can for my students to view school and learning as a positive experience. Thank you for taking the time read about my project and playing a part in building a better tomorrow for these children.
