My Project

My students need a class subscription for Scholastic News for the 2025-2026 school year. This magazine connects current events to the curriculum while helping students practice their reading skills. This magazine will enhance our learning experience by giving us an interesting resource to get students excited about learning. The Scholastic News subscriptions will be passed out to each student weekly. We will read some articles as a class and engage in collaborative discussions, using rigorous questions as prompts.

This project will make a difference because it will give our students something exciting to look forward to each week and make learning fun.

Scholastic News will help keep students excited about reading nonfiction articles as well as keep them up to date with current events. I want to foster my students' love of learning.
