Help me give my students folders to put all their work in, a vowel learning set to help them practice their vowels in a fun way, and leveled reader books to help them continue to practice reading!

My Students

My classroom has been affected by the coronavirus pandemic by schools closing for the remainder of the year. My Title I Kindergarten students are learning online through Class Dojo and Zoom lessons that I hold weekly. Unfortunately, a lot of my students don't have the resources and materials to make online learning successful. I am trying to get leveled books for them to use during reading instruction and hands-on materials for literacy-based instruction so I can place fun and engaging activities in their care packages.

My Project

These materials will help my scholars learn how to read different level books to help prepare them for first grade. The folders will help the scholars put their work in and practice recognition of sight words. The vowel set will be used to help them learn their vowels. This can help them read hard words as well as spell words such as CVC words that have the vowels in the middle. These materials will keep my scholars engaged and give them more motivation to learn how to read. I want to make it fun and exciting for them!
