This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love art. They love to create, draw, and paint.
Art helps kids develop crucial skills like creativity, self-expression, fine motor skills, and problem solving.
Art encourages children to explore their imaginations, think outside the box, and express themselves in different ways.
My students need art supplies. They need sketch books and colored pencils. They will be able to complete many of their projects in their sketch books and will have all of their drawings in the same place. They also need oil pastels. Those will be used for projects as well.
