Help me give my students the oppurtunity to learn through movement. I plan to use balance beams, tunnels, bean bags, stepping stones and dance scarves to help the children to learn across the curriculum!

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergarten students are full of energy and curiosity. They want to move and learn! Research has shown that the learning happens faster when done alongside movement.
What about an obstacle course in which children search and match letters and beginning sounds!
Children will find a bean bag with a letter on it, in a big bin of rice then carry it through the tunnel, walk over the balance beam and toss it into a basket with a picture of an item that begins with that sound! Sounds fun, right?!
