Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
As the holidays are approaching and a break from school is soon, there are a few things that I know my kids will need in their return. My students are beginning to lock in on how important school is and our little community is becoming like family. Words and concepts that were a true struggle are becoming challenges they can win. They are learning tasks and seeing their hard work and this is boosting their confidence.
With the confidence that is building inside each of my students, my job will be to stoke their motivation and curiosity to achieve even greater heights.
They can then begin to see their dreams and focus on specific concepts that strengthen their resolve.
With the teachers and coaches around me, we are setting these students on a successful journey of learning in the coming year and the years that follow. We are always looking to show great effort, be responsible and show compassion to those who learn alongside us.
My Project
The materials in this project bring to every student in my classroom technologies that will truly benefit their educational futures. It gives them hands-on and specific plans to make their projects shareable and unique to their personality.
After the lessons are given my students will have the access to tools (coding) to create their very own games.
In addition to this, the digital reading program will excite their senses and boost their motivation. This program provides quizzes and writing prompts that my students can use to practice with directly after.
