This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The Apple Pencil will be a valuable tool to use with our iPad in the classroom. This Apple Pencil will help with note-taking, writing, and drawing. In addition, the Apple Pencil magnetically attaches to the iPad Pro and charges wirelessly. Making the Apple Pencil readily available to use at any time. Students will be able to switch between tools with just a simple double-tap of the pencil. I can also use the Apple Pencil to demonstrate appropriate handwriting skills. Then the students can practice those handwriting skills with the Apple Pencil after the lesson.
By having an Apple Pencil I would have the necessary technology to bring innovative lessons to keep students engaged!
A charging station for our iPad will also make it easier to keep our class iPad up and running at all time. No more misplacing our charger!
