My Project

CHEERS. This project will allow students to enhance their love for cheerleading without the worry of being able to purchase all the needed material to participate. It will enhance the spirit of the team, the school and the community. We want our student to look their best and be able to compete with the surrounding school by having the same necessary material as the other school. The items we are requesting for our cheer team, such as backpacks, shoes, and bows, will make huge difference in their learning by enhancing their overall performance and boosting team spirit school spirit and community spirit. . These materials will allow our students to fully engage in cheerleading routines, develop much needed new skills, and develop teamwork. By having access to the necessary materials, our cheerleaders will be able to practice and perform at their best, building confidence.

Our goals for this project are to provide our middle school cheer team with the resources they need to excel in their sport and create a positive and inclusive team environment.

We aim to foster a sense of unity and pride among our cheerleaders, encouraging them to work together, support one another, and develop leadership skills. Additionally, we hope to promote physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle through cheerleading, instilling lifelong habits of exercise and well-being.

The fact that 100% of our school's students are eligible for free and reduced lunch makes it even more crucial to provide funding for materials for our cheer team. Many of our students come from low-income backgrounds, and participating in cheerleading can be a source of empowerment and a way to build confidence and self-esteem. By providing the necessary materials, we can ensure that all students have equal opportunities to participate and succeed in cheerleading, regardless of their financial circumstances.
