Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
95% of my students come from a Low Income home, and 55% are English Learners. My students love the use of technology in the classroom. They love to watch the daily ELA and Math videos . They also love to use their Ipads for Educational applications and love it when I integrate virtual lessons for small group instruction. I have requested an IPad because my students' tablets are dated and very slow. The technology I use is also very slow and at times will freeze. Having a new Ipad will enable my student to complete their lessons or work on their apps whenever their IPads lags or whenever they forget theirs at home. Having a new Ipad will help Engage and motivate my students through the use of technology.
