My Project
All of my students come to school excited and ready to learn every day. Education is changing every day and consistency is what children need. Therefore, without copy paper to make copies to practice basic skills such as letters, numbers, and name writing, my students will not have experience with writing. My school district does not provide us with enough paper to provide to our students. Anchor charts are used for kid writing so that the students can write using large letters, draw their pictures, and share them with the class. The sentence strips allow me to give them to the students to practice writing sentences. They also will help my students during centers.
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement as well.
By having paper, anchor chart paper, and sentence strips readily available, my students will be writing with confidence. We will use these materials to aid us in the process of becoming life-long writers. As the teacher, I have done extensive research and reading on the importance of writing in kindergarten. Yet I truly need your support to make this a reality. Thanks!
