We Can Ring, Bang & Make Rythmn In Our Lives/Hearts
Help me give my students the gift/ lesson/talent of learning to read simple musical notes and turning that knowledge into beautiful music as a whole group (40 students). This includes drums, bells, and rhythm sticks.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My 1st graders' daily school and home lives will be filled with music and joy. The musical instruments will remain at school but, the students will follow along with electronic homework. The end goal will be a small school concert for their families and peers.
Since COVID the isolation and individual work was rough on the young scholars.
No interactive projects or collaboration. This will give them strength and courage to be successful in a peer group and be social. Please help us to reach for the stars. Thank you!
