This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
At our school, we believe that increased movement and hands on learning helps to solidify the learning process in early learners.During the COVID pandemic, our students and teachers had to start getting creative about how to incorporate movement in our classrooms and still have hands on learning while adhering to the pandemic mitigation.
Having the choice of seating arrangement in the classroom will give my students freedom to move around in the classroom and create a new learning space at intervals within their learning day.
Individual sensory items will be used in individual busy bags to keep those little hands busy while learning.
