My Project
Our teaching team has approximately 160 amazing students. Out of these 160, over 100 are deficient in math. In an effort to have all my math students attain growth in math, we are supplementing our instruction with Zearn. Zearn is a computer program that works with each child on grade-level work and uses Artificial Intelligence to back up and fill in missed concepts, allowing everyone accessibility to math. Zearn for middle schoolers follows our Illustrative Mathematics Curriculum and gives the children a digital platform to grow. Most importantly, we need earbuds so we can listen to the lessons!
My students need wired earbuds to use for both Zearn and our upcoming state MSTEP testing.
My classroom set of headphones is old and falling apart and too small for middle school heads. I am also sharing the few headphones I have with our social studies teacher across the hall. We do not have enough headphones for a classroom set nor enough for our 160 students to test all at the same time.
Lastly, we need some clear ID badge holders for our IDs and bathroom passes.
