This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Based on the current art trends and the spoken desires of our art students our district approved for the Art program to add a Digital Art Pathway. For the past 3 years 2 teachers have researched, wrote grants, partnered with CTE and collaborated on curriculum writing to create this new pathway. The Digital Art pathway has grown immensely over the past three years that both high school campuses had to hire a second educator to be able to accommodate the amount of students signing up for these courses.
I am asking for resources specifically on drawing characters in Procreate, Digital Photography Lessons, and Photo Editing in Affinity Photo.
The pathway this year has added a Level 2 course and next year we will be adding the Level 3 course. My goal is create a more robust curriculum for our advanced course offerings.
