Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are going on a Book'Nic! We taking Literacy into the great outdoors This year we will be piloting a family Book'Nic experience for our Kindergarten students and their families.
Picnic blankets and woven baskets will be filled with all kind of goodies, including books, light snacks and board games.
Active parent involvement is one of the best indicators and factors in creating social emotional and academic success. Please help bring our vision to life by donating picnic blankets and "wicker" baskets to be placed on each blanket.
