Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our new books, printer, and other resources will be incorporated into reading, math, and even STEM activities. We will explore our own cultures through a family study.
The diversity and inclusivity read-aloud and student books will provide a basis to teach students about differences and provide more representation.
Students will provide photos and written stories about their families. We will discuss the similarities between each of us. The photo printer will be used to offer consistency and fairness in the quality of photos. Students can bring in digital media photos to be printed.
