This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Attention all family game night enthusiasts! Our school is thrilled to announce that we will be hosting an incredible and absolutely free family game night in just a few short weeks. How exciting is that? And guess what? I was just given the honor today of finding a way to obtain games for this special event. We kindly request your assistance in bringing some of the all-time classics to our students, creating a joyous and memorable atmosphere that fosters strong school connections.

Specifically, we are looking for traditional board games to add to our collection:

1. Monopoly: The game of buying, selling, and trading properties to become the wealthiest player. It's a strategic and highly competitive game that has been enjoyed by families for generations.

2. Scrabble: A word game where players create words using letter tiles to score points. It's a great way to enhance vocabulary and have fun with words.

3. Battleship: A strategy game where players try to sink each other's hidden fleet of ships by calling out coordinates on a grid. It's a thrilling game of deduction and skill.

4. Operation: Test your hand-eye coordination and steady nerves in this classic game of removing body parts from a patient without setting off the buzzer. Careful precision is required to avoid the dreaded "buzz" and successfully complete the surgery.

By donating traditional board games, you will help us create an unforgettable evening for everyone involved. Let's come together and make this family game night a resounding success!
