Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students in my low incidence cluster classroom are in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. They have autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or other disabilities.

Diverse Learners in our classroom work in different groups throughout the school day.

The materials in this project will help provide snacks to my students.

My Project

The materials in this project will be used throughout the school year.

The reusable water bottles will be given to students to keep on their desk.

They will be allowed to refill the water bottles from the water fountain, and use during the school day. The snacks in this project will be given to student if they are hungry or need a break. There are times where Diverse Learners are unable to focus on a task, and would benefit from a snack. After they have a snack and a drink of water they will be focused, motivated and ready to learn.
