This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help me give my students reusable water bottles to stay hydrated throughout the day! My students are in the third, fourth, and fifth grades. Unfortunately, our students are highly impoverished. All of my students qualify for the free lunch program. Many students come from single-parent homes that lack the extra income to enhance their child's learning experience.
Our school has a water bottle station where students can refill their bottles. My students often ask me to buy them a water bottle that they can refill. I know the bottles would get used on a daily basis.
