My Project
It is without a doubt that reading can be challenging for many students. As kindergarteners, my students are experiencing, for the very first time, how to read. While my students are learning how to read, I noticed how much more effective and engaging learning is when we have literacy centers and games that excite my learners in practicing their reading skills. Additionally, it is heart-warming to see their pride when they are able to start reading and understanding books.
These leveled readers and literacy resources will support my students in not only becoming amazing, young readers, but also individuals that love reading!
My goal is to provide my students an enriching environment in which they are excited and highly motivated to learn. Though reading can be a daunting task, I know that my students can succeed when provided with meaningful learning opportunities.
