Warrior Domination

Help me give my students jumps ropes, a barbell, exercise bands, lockjaw barbell collars, and pull up bands for our athletic weights classes and after school workouts as well as a ratchet set for weight room equipment repairs.

My Project

The weight room is full every day during classes and after school. Because of this a ratchet set is needed for general maintenance and repairs of the equipment. We also need to replace some of the jump ropes and lockjaw collars due to general wear and tear with the increased number of student athletes utilizing the weight room.

We are also teaching all of our student athletes the Olympic lifts (snatch, clean, and jerk) and need another barbell.

In our weight room, we consider these the athletic lifts that have the greatest carry over and transfer to every student athlete's sport at our school.

The pull bands and glute/hip exercise bands will be used daily for exercises that will help prevent injuries by strengthening the hips and shoulder girdle. We also need more chalk given that our student athletes use it in class everyday to prevent their hand's from slipping off the bar.

The the reciprocating saw will be modified and used as a massage gun for soft tissue recovery work. Given that we currently have one that is beginning to fall part we also need extra batteries and the jigsaw attachment pieces.
