This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many students have joined my club & also stay in my classroom during lunch.
They learn to use Canva software, Cricut cutting machines, a mug maker, but we only have one iron for be shared by everyone.
I hope this heat press can help students create their own products infusing their creativity with technology. Our school can also create Tshirts, drawstring bags, and other materials as positive reinforcement incentives. For many, making products becomes a way to relax, combat anxiety, and meet other students/socialization. It also helps with life skills as many students do not know how to an iron or heat press. This heat press will be available for other teachers & club advisors to use.
