This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As the weather turns colder, many of our students come to school without enough warm clothing to keep them comfortable throughout the day. This can be especially challenging for young children who are still learning to focus on their lessons while managing the discomfort of being too cold. To ensure that all our students feel cozy, confident, and ready to learn, we are reaching out to request your help in providing warm sweaters for every child in our class.
With your support, we can give each of our students a soft, snug sweater to wear during the school day.
These sweaters will help eliminate distractions, promote a positive learning environment, and foster a sense of inclusion and well-being. When our children feel comfortable, they can focus on what truly matters—growing their minds, exploring new ideas, and building friendships.
As we approach the Lunar New Year, a time of renewal, hope, and celebration, it is a perfect opportunity to give back and show our students that they are cared for and valued. The spirit of the Lunar New Year encourages generosity, kindness, and community—values that resonate deeply as we work together to support our young learners.
Every donation, big or small, will help keep our little ones warm and ensure that they can focus on their education without the distraction of the cold. Your contribution will make a meaningful difference in their lives, helping them feel confident, connected, and ready to take on the new year ahead.
Thank you for helping our students reach their full potential and for making a lasting impact on their educational journey this school year. Together, we can create a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive!
