My Project

As a daylight hours decrease in the temperatures drop to freezing temperatures, we are seeing more and more students shivering as they arrive at school. It begins as they get home, and the heat is not working in the house or it is not working effectively. Then they try to sit with her families and watch TV or play a game and they are still cold. Then they go to bed and they do not have their own blanket so they are not able to stay warm. It does not stop here. It is a long process.

We would love to provide warm socks and blankets for each child to ensure being warm in their home.

This would also allow them to be comfortable enough to do their homework, and develop a relationship with her families as they sit together.
