My Project
I teach at a rural, interior school in Alaska. Our cut-off for recess is 20 below zero. So our students play outside in freezing temperatures.
K-2nd grade students often forget or just do not have the proper gloves for recess at these freezing temperatures.
We have a locker at our school that contains gloves that students can borrow for recess. Sadly, we are down to only a few pairs of gloves. Your generous donation will help us replenish the gloves that have gone missing in action. These brightly colored gloves will keep our student's hands warm while playing.
