This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergarten students are full of energy, and curiosity. They are eager to learn, especially when they are provided with hands-on engaging materials.
Spring is quickly approaching, and we are preparing for our life cycle unit on chicks.
We have a classroom incubator, but are in need of a brooder box for when our baby chicks hatch. A brooder box will ensure that the baby chicks are warm and safe. While the chicks are in the brooder, the students will easily make observations of the chicks eating and drinking through the clear glass of the brooder.
This is sure to be an exciting and wonderful learning experience for our kindergarten students. We appreciate any support!
