My Project
It is so difficult to focus in class when one is feeling cold. It is hard to stay focused when you are chilly. Although my students come to school in uniform pants and shirts, uniform sweatshirts are sometimes considered a luxury item and are not often included when school clothes shopping. Many students come with short-sleeved shirts during the cooler months. I offer my sweater to some and usually keep a few extras from lost and found in my classroom, however, it would be wonderful if they could have their own. I don't want my students to have to worry about warmth so that they can focus on learning!
