This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The amazing scholars in my class are hungry to learn, eager to show the world all they know, and growing up to be productive members of our community. They are exceptional in every way and like so also need extraordinary accommodations to foster their learning. My students work best when they have alternate seating, such as standing, bouncing, walking, on bean bags, on the carpet. While I am teaching them to be themselves and use their imagination when they work making them unique, their physical comfort in the classroom chairs contradicts can hinder their success.
