This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I'm jumping into the world of Raspberry Pi. While that sounds delicious, it's not "pie" but rather, a type of mini computer and I'm looking to add two of them plus cooling fans and two 256 GB micro SDXC cards to my classroom. These devices offer tons of possibilities for hands-on learning and exploration in the world of computer science, programming, and digital creativity.

With Raspberry Pi computers, our students can dive into coding, build their own digital projects, and experiment with real-world applications of technology.

Students can create custom apps, program robots, or build interactive digital art installations with these devices so they will definitely be the tools my students need to turn their ideas into reality.

While a Raspberry Pi is really amazing, it needs a little more to put it over the top. The addition of cooling fans and high-capacity micro SDXC cards will help make sure these devices run efficiently and have plenty of storage space for larger projects, multimedia files, and advanced programming tasks.

Even though we're just beginning to explore all the potential uses for these powerful tools, I know they will foster problem-solving skills and prepare my students for a tech-driven future. Your support will help bring these exciting resources into my classroom and give my students the chance to experiment, innovate, and grow.
