My Students

We are proud of our kids! We are an Oregon middle school working hard to maximize our students' creative learning opportunities with limited funding.

Our school is focused on engaging our students in meaningful ways!

We work hard to expose our students to many different challenging experiences that help them build important skills such as critical thinking and collaboration. It's very rewarding as we constantly get to see our students grow through the work they do. Throughout the year, we organize a variety of opportunities for our kids to display and demonstrate their hard work.

In my Digital Arts classes, we CREATE with Photoshop art, photography and more. We love to print out those pieces and display them in the building. There's nothing quite like the pride they show when holding a print of their own creation! Most have never held an actual print of their work.

My Project

Amazing student photography and digital art creations deserve to be seen by others! Our talented students are creating some fantastic art that inspires others in the halls of our school. We have been using one photo printer for the past 10 years and it has finally died. This printer is not only used by students to print their work, but it also is used by staff to present photographs of award-winning students in the lobby.

Without a photo printer, we are sadly missing out on a valuable outreach opportunity and method of demonstrating student skill and learning.
