The student directors and lights, sound, set, and props crew need to be able to communicate with each other during their play productions.
Our students come from low-income families who can't afford many extracurricular activities.
Being able to participate in the play after school is an exciting, free, fun time for the entire family. Often participating in the school play is the only extracurricular activity our students take part in, and it helps with their self-confidence and making new friends.
My Project
Imagine watching a play and not being able to hear the music or actors. What if the lights went out or came on during set change? The backstage crew need to be able to communicate with those in the sound and light booths. Effective communication is key to a successful production. My students need walkie talkies to communicate during their production of Annie Jr.
Please help our production crew communicate backstage and in the sound and light booths properly and effectively with new walkie talkies and headsets!
