My Project
Kindergarten is the foundation for understanding the world. A MacBook will help us access and create lessons that celebrate diversity and promote racial justice. Through multimedia resources, interactive activities, and student-led projects, we’ll explore stories and cultures that reflect and celebrate all identities. This tool will empower my students to appreciate diversity, practice empathy, and embrace inclusion as part of their daily learning.
With a MacBook, I can:
1. Access Diverse Resources: Use apps and online platforms to bring in stories, songs, and videos from a variety of cultures and perspectives.
2. Introduce Young Creators: Help students create simple digital projects, like drawing self-portraits and sharing their family stories to celebrate their unique identities.
3. Foster Empathy and Understanding: Show videos and interactive stories about kindness, fairness, and standing up for others.
