This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are each unique, spontaneous, friendly, passionate, and eager to learn. Each one of them is so different from the other but all their abilities combined make my classroom a place of learning and happiness. We work together, I teach them academics and social skills and they teach me friendship and love for my teaching profession. Each day I learn how to meet their individual needs and make each day the most productive possible. My students are a reflection of good energy and eagerness to learn, they are excellent students that try their best daily although we face many challenges we continue as a team, helping each other through our struggles. We are strong!!!
Some of my students are nonverbal, I would like to get voice recording buzzers and batteries so that my student can communicate.
I will use the nano tape to stick the buzzers to different parts of the classroom, like the bathroom door so that they can communicate their needs more easily. The dry-erase markers and folders will be used in centers and whole group instructions for differentiation.
