Help me give my students the visuals they need to access the learning at their grade level. The document camera will allow me to model assignments and tasks for the students.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
This year I am blessed with a different age level of students. I am teaching in 5th and 6th grades. I am enjoying teaching the students and their very different needs.
Learning in my classroom is extremely differentiated for each individual student's needs.
They learn in many different ways and technology is needed to help support them in their learning. My students need visuals, supports, individual instruction and a curriculum that they can maneuver and learn the rules of reading, writing, and mathematics.
My Project
These materials will be extremely helpful for my students and their learning. The printer will allow me to print documents in color for the students. Research shows we remember more when we are presented material in color.
The document camera will allow me to show the student in real time what is expected of them on an assignment or task.
The ability for me to model and provide color illustrations will be game changer for bringing learning to my learners. These items will enhance their experience and provide them with much needed support.
