This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My goals for this project are to be able to create reusable visuals and activities for my students using the laminator and sheets. Many of my students require visual supports and adapted materials. A laminator will allow me to use the visuals multiple times without needing to reprint as frequently. Additionally, the sequence story cards and conversation cards provide visuals to support language and narrative skill development.

My students really excel with visual supports to increase their learning and achieve their speech therapy goals!

Having laminated visuals and graphic organizers will help them with both receptive and expressive language goals. Additionally, I can make classroom supports for student specific accommodations using the laminator.
