This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Research has shown that when you put pen/marker/pencil to paper learning concepts in any subject is greatly improved.
In Art class we use our visual journals to take notes on art concepts, we explore different medias, we brainstorm themes for artworks and plan our projects.
The supplies is used to create different surfaces and different lettering styles. We will also use the supplies to practice different methods of art not usually covered in our program. My goal is to provide a visual journal center where students are available to personalize their learning and take ownership of their education.
