My Project
As a special education teacher, I am always looking for new ideas to address various developmental and social needs of my students and support our special education team in the building. We need to make learning fun and exciting for our diverse learners while addressing their needs.
Most of my students are visual learners.
Bjorem speech sound cards provide amazing pictures to help students to help them learn to produce sounds the correct way. A variety of Bjorem decks of cue cards provide visual cues for literacy development such as story cues and language concepts such as spatial concepts. These colorful interactive cue cards include images of children from diverse cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. These cards will be used to support my students with communication impairments in accessing the general education curriculum, specifically in reading. Slant stand would be very useful to hold the cards. Thank you in advance for your support!
