Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

There are all types of learners. Are you a visual learner as well? Well, our school is in a high needs rural community. This year will be only our second year of having an Art class! When teaching, I love for the students to grab hold of the history of what we are learning.

I love to introduce the students to an artist not only with poster examples, but also with videos and technology! I believe it only gets the students even more excited to create!

Having these videos about various artists and art masters will help the students gain a greater understanding of that person as well as their art form. Teaching to grades 4th through 8th will help aid there comprehension as well as understanding of the projects we are going to be doing.

With your help, you can make a difference in these children's life by providing them with an opportunity to have a greater understanding as well as reaching the visual/audio learners!
