My students need visual illustrations. Since, they are visual learners. They help decorate the classroom bulletin board for all the school year holidays.

My Students

I am a teacher of students with low-income, my students have physical, cognitive, and/or behavioral deficits . Despite these challenges they face on a daily bases, they need things that are simple, and that provide them with creative, and that provide a meaningful learning experiences.

These deficits may prevent them from learning without the use of visual alternative learning methods.

They need methods that engage them which will kept them focused, physical active, and that gives them lots of positive attention and reinforcement.

My Project

The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students will help them differentiate the holidays, seasons, and weather conditions.

I will be able to use my classroom bulletin board as a student learning tool.

My students will be able to begin to see themselves as illustrators. We will use these materials to develop their creativity, knowledge, choice making, and physical activities.

My students enjoy sharing in the creating of the classroom bulletin board. Moreover, it allows my student to interact with their peers as well as with the staff.

The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding and knowledge in all of these areas.
