This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Students in my school come from low income families and many different cultural backgrounds, but when we come together they all have one goal- to read! My students love to read and write exciting stories.

My students are curious, eager learners who love to work with technology to learn all subjects!

Today’s readers are tomorrow’s leaders!

I know having the materials like a laptop for me to effectively create meaningful lessons will help my students have great success this year!

My Project

Remote teaching has its challenges but it is still teaching!! However, to do so all the right materials are required- just like in the classroom for in person learning. Please help me get the right tool for this job with a working laptop to help create exciting, worthwhile lessons for all of my students! Both myself and my class need updated technology to make remote learning a great success for all of us! My hope is that with some updated technology I can provide my class with really fun and interactive ways to learn.
