This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have the qualities that will contribute to our society as future scientists and engineers- curious, inquisitive, problem solvers and tenacious! I am hoping that providing them with an experience that might be unimaginable and yet with a tool such as this virtual reality headset, they can explore that wonders that would eventually fire up even more their curiosity and hopefully sustain their interest to discover and pursue a scientific career. For example, we can explore the universe, visualize the atomic world or even interact with animals in the jungles and safaris. This can be achieved with a simple gadget, a virtual reality headset. We already have computers and laptops but we just need this tool to make our experience a step closer!
