My Students
I have a very talented group of students who love to learn! They come running to class excited every day. They eagerly try all activities and ask insightful questions. Their excitement to learn is truly inspiring.
Many of my students come from low-income families.
About 76% of the schools qualify for free lunch, and about 25% are military families. Currently, we have 700 students in grades 6-8 with a wide range of abilities. This is a very inquisitive group that genuinely wants to learn and participate in class activities.
My Project
These materials will make a huge impact on my students' learning. I'm teaching 7th and 8th grade math classes and am struggling to find quality, relevant online activities to help my students practice and apply math objectives. By supporting this project, donors will be giving me the resources I need to help my virtual students learn in an alternative setting but still have quality activities. Teachers Pay Teachers has a ton of hands-on activities in Pre-Algebra and Algebra that are both educational and fun allowing my students to learn virtually.
