My Project
We are seeking funding to purchase a new 14" Chromebook that can run the Android app for our smart telescope. This device will enable our students to view stars, the sun, and other celestial objects with ease. Currently, our school has smaller Chromebooks, but none are software unlocked to support the telescope's software.
With your generous grant, we would be able to acquire a larger Chromebook dedicated to the school's smart telescope.
This Chromebook, equipped with a 256 GB drive, will facilitate the transfer of photos from the telescope to the laptop for classroom viewing. At present, we have to borrow a personal Chromebook to use our telescope, which limits our ability to fully integrate this technology into our curriculum.
Your support will greatly enhance our students' learning experience by providing them with the tools needed to explore astronomy in a more interactive and engaging manner.
