Global Visions Academy will begin an entrepreneurship program for the 2007-08 school year. This program begins with the sophomore class Business Technology.
In order to prepare our students for upcoming business plan competitions, we are in need of classroom resources. The business plan project has several components; one of those is the actual presentation. We are in need of a camcorder to give students practical experience with the following behavioral outcomes:
Understand and recognize the topics that the business plan presentation must cover.
Gain confidence in public speaking.
Provide positive feedback on classmate presentations for continuous improvement.
While we understand that this information can be covered in conceptual form, our students can gain relevant public speaking experience that will impact their lives in this class as well as other subject matter. Your help will be greatly appreciated, and a vital instrument in providing real life experiences to our current curriculum.
