My Project

Rewarding students with snacks for their effort and achievements reinforces the idea that hard work and dedication are valued, making them more likely to stay motivated moving forward. Feeling supported and part of a group enhances confidence and collaboration, which are vital for academic success in the coming years. It will also boosts their morale and reduces stress. Recognition, even in simple forms like snacks, helps reduce stress and build emotional resilience—important traits for handling future academic challenges. By linking achievement to positive experiences, students are more likely to view learning as rewarding and continue engaging with it enthusiastically. Celebrations offer a moment to pause and reflect on what went well. This reflection helps students identify effective habits and strategies they can carry into their next academic journey.
