Help me give my students tools start the year off right like lamination and Velcro to individualize their learning as well as ink to print individualized activities for my students to use while learning from home.
My students are amazing kids who face many challenges both at home and at school. My students all have various disabilities, but they don't let their disabilities hold them back.
All of my students are unique, but one thing is the same in each of them: they love to learn!
My students come from a variety of backgrounds and face many challenges before even entering our school. We work together every day to overcome those challenges and reach new heights. I work with about 75 special education students every week, reaching kids with various disabilities. My students love to move, explore, and play.
My Project
This school year will begin from a distance, with my students learning from home. While my first priority is my students' health and safety- I also need to provide at home learning opportunities for each of my students with special needs. For my students with autism, they learn best when they have access to visual learning opportunities that can be repeated over and over, allowing them to practice new skills.
Ink to print individualized activities, lamination to make them last and velcro to keep the activities organized and tactile for little learners- will provide the repetition and individualized learning that my students need- even from home.
With your help, I will be able to create individualized learning activities for my students, package them in drawstring bags and deliver them to each of my students' homes. It is important that ALL learners have access to learning- even from a distance.
