Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I strive to create a warm, welcoming and fun environment for my students in our class, and these items will help me accomplish that goal! I know it looks like a random assortment of things, but they all have a specific purpose in our classroom. For example, the alternative seating items are used in our class to provide different options for students to sit and work. I do not have traditional desks in my class, and students are encouraged to find a spot that works best for them to focus, whether that is at a table, sitting in a beanbag chair, or laying on the floor.
