My Project
SEL books in the classroom are not just tools for teaching emotions and social skills—they are an essential part of creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. These books help students navigate the complexities of their own emotions, build healthy relationships, and become more empathetic and self-aware individuals.
These SEL books will explore a range of emotions—such as anger, sadness, joy, fear, and frustration— to help students better understand and identify what they’re feeling.
This emotional literacy is crucial for self-regulation and managing strong emotions, especially within the confines of a classroom community.
